I'm curious if there is a set program for who and how Inaugurations are planned. The entire event, the sub events, the set up, the invitations, the speakers, the agenda, etc. Aside from the swearing in of the new President, is there a committee? Does the incoming President select the people? Is it the Party Leadership? Very curious.
